Insurance and Financing

At Kinal Dental, we strive to make paying for your dental care as simple and convenient as possible. As a courtesy to our patients, our team will submit insurance claims and bill your insurance provider on your behalf. If there are any changes to your insurance policy, we kindly ask that you notify our office so we can keep your information up to date. While we work closely with insurance providers, patients are ultimately responsible for the fees associated with their treatment. Most insurance companies take approximately four to six weeks to process claims, and any remaining balance after insurance payment will be the responsibility of the patient.


We work with many major insurance providers and are happy to help answer questions about your benefits or coverage. To make dental care more accessible, we also offer several financing options that allow patients to receive treatment while spreading payments over time. Financing is available through Alphaeon, Cherry, and Sunbit, and our team can help you determine which option may work best for your needs. In addition to financing, we also accept major credit cards, cash, and personal checks.

Deposit Policy

When scheduling an appointment requiring 2 or more hours a deposit is required in order to confirm and hold your appointment. This amount will be applied to your out of pocket expenses. These deposits must be made prior to scheduling the appointment. The deposit is non-refundable.
