We will track claims and bill your insurance company as a convenience to you. Kindly notify us of any modifications to your insurance policy. Regardless of your insurance coverage, you are liable for the fees assessed by our office. The majority of insurance providers have four to six weeks to react to a claim. You are liable for any remaining expenses.
We work with major insurance companies. Please ask us for additional information about financing your oral health needs. Other payment options may include major credit cards, cash, or check.
